Please contact us for any return or exchange within 30 days of purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org. To be eligible for a return your item must be unassembled and in its original packaging if possible.
- Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide order details.
- Exchanges or returns on any used, previously displayed, or assembled merchandise will not be accepted.
- You (the customer) will be responsible for all return shipping charges and the manufacturer’s 25% restocking fee if required. Contact us if you have any questions.
- Refunds will be made to original form of payment. Outbound shipping charges will be deducted from the refund/exchange, including orders with free shipping.
- For damaged items we will promptly provide a replacement at absolutely no cost to you. For LTL Freight deliveries please see shipping policy.
- All damaged items must be signed for at time of delivery as damaged and reported within 2 days of receipt. Please see shipping policy.
- Photos may be required to claim defective merchandise.
- If you are returning an item over $75, please get tracking info and purchase insurance in case any issues arise. We are not liable for any lost or damaged returned parcels.
