When do I receive my order confirmation?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will immediately confirm the item(s) are in stock and available to ship. If your item(s) are available to ship (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order.
If your item(s) are on backorder, we will immediately email you and provide you with the date they will be available and confirm you are willing to wait for the item(s). As long as you agree to wait for the item(s) to ship, we will go ahead and process your credit card for the payment, if not we will void the pre-authorization and cancel your order. If any items are unavailable, we will also void the pre-authorization and notify you.
Is The Bar Warehouse an Authorized Dealer?
Absolutely! The Bar Warehouse is an authorized dealer of all the brands on our website. We hand selected all of our manufacturers and work very closely with them to ensure you have the very best experience!

Where do you ship to?
We ship all orders within the US lower 48 States and Hawaii and Alaska. Please note, free shipping is not available in Hawaii or Alaska.
Where do you ship from?
We have multiple Distribution Centers throughout the US.
Will my order be delivered on Saturday’s?
For residential, FedEx & USPS deliver on Saturdays and UPS does within most territories.
Do you offer any Engraving or custom projects?
Yes! Some of our products can be customized to make a great gift for your wedding party or even with your Company’s logo for a corporate event. Contact us and we would love to provide more information.
What if I decide to cancel my order?
All orders can be cancelled. If your order has already shipped, you will just be responsible for the cost in shipping the item back to us. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used when placing the order.
