      When will my order ship?

      We provide free Standard Ground shipping on orders of $50.00 or more to the lower 48 States only. We do not ship internationally or to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada at this time. At the time of check out you will have the option to pay for Priority shipping at an additional cost which will be provided.

      Your order will ship 24-48 hours after the order is placed depending on the time it was placed. Currently due to Covid-19 some items may be experiencing a slight shipping delay. You will receive an email confirmation after the order was placed then another email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If the item is out of stock or on back order, you will be notified immediately.

      All orders are considered complete once shipped. The Bar Warehouse can’t be responsible for any lost or damaged goods while in the possession of the shipper. This includes delivery to a wrong address. In the rare occasion this may happen, the customer understands they need to contact the shipper to file a claim.

      Truck Freight:

      If your item is larger than the standard parcel your order will be delivered by LTL truck and will be specified in the item description. 

      Be sure to include your phone number in your order so you can be contacted to make an appointment for delivery.

      Delivery will be during normal business hours, Monday thru Friday.

      Also, a liftgate is provided and will be used to lower the pallet to the ground. You can unwrap the item which will make it easier but please make sure you have help to carry the item in your home as this service doesn't include delivery inside the home.

      Please inspect your LTL shipments carefully and check your items for damage prior to signing. If any shipment damages are evident, they must be noted on the bill of landing (BOL) prior to signing. Still accept the delivery but email us immediately so we can file a claim on your behalf with the carrier support@thebarwarehouse.com.
